Component description.

G6Flow® Xposer Server is responsible for routing communication from platform service consumers to BEIs and configured endpoints, adding security elements to requests and responses, validating the existence of tokens, certificates or API keys, depending on the configuration set for each route, and sending audit logs to the Observer Audit platform.

Component features

The main functional features of this component include:

  • Centralizing communication from outside, towards configured endpoints and backend integrators (BEI).
  • Enabling necessary security features to securely share REST services at protocol level.
  • Enabling service governance through configurable rules and routes via the administration interface.
  • Activating transaction auditing for transactions passing through the component.
  • Incorporating configurable metadata elements that apply to Xposer routes.
